What is a good number?

Most competitive FTC drivetrains land somewhere around 4–6 ft/s. Much faster and it becomes hard to drive accurately; much slower and you lose cycles. Rookies are usually better off at the lower end — a controllable robot scores more than a fast one.

Weight and motor count are not yet used in the speed figure — they matter for acceleration and pushing power, which this tool does not model.
